Free and open to the public. In just over an hour, you can learn the skills to prevent suicide and be a rescuer to someone in crisis. Think of it as CPR for mental health, only we call it QPR - question, pursuade, refer. We'll teach you "how to save a life," and also how to identify those who may be suffering.

Originally released in 1993, the film stars Matthew Modine and Alan Alda and chronicles the early years of the HIV/AIDS crisis, how it changed a community, and the world. Join us! Concessions will be sold, all donations benefiting Montrose Counseling Center.
